Employee Benefits and Empowerment

Tailong Bank provides its employees with full coverage of endowment, medical, unemployment, work-related injury, maternity, and supplementary medical insurance, along with other benefits provided by the government. The bank has also established a variety of benefit programs to every employee. Tailong Bank has introduced over 30 employee benefits including Family Care A+B, Health Care A+B, Further Education Leave, and Home Visit Leave which also extend care and support to employees' families.

To further support the development of our employees, Tailong Bank established its own training school. With over 500 in-house trainers and more than 1,000 specialized courses, the bank has trained over 120,000 employees, helping them grow and improve their skills.

MSME Financing

Supporting MSMEs is at the core of Tailong Bank's mission, driving economic growth, job creation, and financial stability.

Mr. Guoliang Wang, the owner of an e-commerce company specializing inapparel, started his business in 2009. In 2014, facing financial difficulties, he initially planned to resort to high-interest loans. However, Tailong Bank provided him with a CNY 0.49 million credit loan, enabling him to overcome the challenge. Since then, he has gradually optimized his business model, transitioning from sourcing from suppliers to brand operation. Ultimately, he became a partner for well-known domestic women's fashion brands in China. As his business expanded, his sales revenue skyrocketed from CNY 10 million to CNY 500 million.

Empowering Youth Entrepreneurship

Tailong Bank, in collaboration with the Zhejiang Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Foundation, has launched the "Youth Small Shop Support Programme". This initiative provides free signboard renovation support to over 311 "Youth Small Shops" across Zhejiang Province, helping young entrepreneurs enhance their brand image and fulfil their entrepreneurial dreams.

Capacity-Building Initiatives

Through the "Intelligence treasury management system" project, Tailong Bank has supported 348 SMEs and over 1,300 of their affiliated stores, helping them enhance their financial management capabilities through digital transformation.
