Through the Growth Foundation Initiative, we offer tailored financial solutions to rural entrepreneurs, farmers, and low-income individuals. In the first three years (2021-2023), the initiative served over 1.44 million clients, helping them build sustainable livelihoods and enhance economic resilience.
Tailong Bank's financial services now reach over 5,800 villages across 8 provinces, offering financial literacy training and credit support to low-income groups. More than 1.5 million clients have benefited from this initiative, driving sustainable growth in rural economies.
At the end of 2024, Tailong Bank had provided loans of up to CNY 1.5 million to over 400 thousand individual and MSME clients, promoting employment, entrepreneurship, and financial inclusion, empowering underserved groups and supporting their path toward sustainable development.
In Yanghe Town, Jinhua, farmer Mr. Hong leased over 300 acres of farmland with the goal of improving efficiency through large-scale and mechanized farming. Facing financial constraints, Tailong Bank's Jinxi Sub-branch extended a loan of CNY 1 million, supporting improvements in his farming practices and enabling him to achieve "Green Food" certification. Today, his vibrant fields reflect new opportunities in rural development.
Tailong Bank contributes to inclusive development by offering specialised financial products for poverty alleviation. These include three tailored loan solutions designed to support low-income groups and rural development. The bank has also launched a rural enterprise credit subsidy programme to reduce financial burdens and stimulate sustainable business growth in underdeveloped areas.
In 2024, Tailong Bank invested CNY 59.31 million in fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities, embodying social impact into its core business. The bank actively supports poverty alleviation and rural revitalization through an incentive-based point system, which encourages employees to engage in public welfare, financial literacy programmes, and rural development initiatives that reach underserved communities.
The Zhejiang Tailong Charity Foundation, established in April 2011, is committed to fulfilling its social responsibility and serving the public good. It continuously supports poverty alleviation, education, elderly care, education, medical aid, community welfare, and emergency disaster relief.
Tailong Bank is actively involved in regional help and environmental protection and public welfare. In the Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Tailong has paired up with eight townships, including Liuhu County in Nagqu City, and provided donations to the villagers in the Xigaze.
Tailong Bank, in collaboration with the Zhejiang Disabled Persons Welfare Foundation, launched the "Micro Light, Big Dream" Wish Project. The initiative provides targeted material assistance and companionship support to 3,013 families of severely visually impaired individuals across 26 mountainous counties.
In 2017, the Tailong Charity Foundation launched the "Tailong Eros" Medical Assistance Fund to provide medical support to economically disadvantaged patients with serious illnesses.
