Multi-Functional Branches

Tailong Bank has upgraded its branches into "physical exhibition and sales" and "entrepreneurial support" platforms. By providing shared spaces, such as customer product display areas and shared pitch rooms, the bank enhances its ability to offer comprehensive services to entrepreneurs and small businesses. These spaces also help clients display and sell products. In cities like Hangzhou and Taizhou, branches have set up pitch rooms to assist local micro and small enterprises with project presentations.

Our branches serve as community financial hubs, offering financial literacy workshops, small business mentorship programmes, and localised economic development initiatives to support entrepreneurship and economic resilience.

Digital Banking Solutions

Tailong Bank's mobile banking platform has served 4.43 million customers, with a new customer signup rate of 35.11% and a digital banking substitution rate of 97.63%. The platform offers convenient and efficient real-time financial services, enhancing financial inclusion and reducing transaction costs.

Technology Adoption

Leveraging the D2D mobile platform, Tailong Bank has successfully digitized key banking services such as account opening and loan processing, effectively enhancing the efficiency of financial services.

Tailong Bank's self-developed digital service, "Bank-Enterprise Direct Connection", successfully helped a steel trading company resolve issues related to high-frequency transfers and manual reconciliation. Transfer and reconciliation time was reduced from several hours to just a few minutes, saving more than 90% in labour costs. The automated process eliminated potential risks associated with manual operations, allowing the company's finance team to focus more on core business activities and improve overall operational efficiency.
